I wonder whether the cattle to sell, how to choose the animals for sale. Sell one cow after reaching market weight, or if you sell a mixture of old and young cattle by ensuring that cattle have always something new in your ear? Thanks

want cattle to be mature and complete your course, with the exception of veal. See market value. when a mixed flock, I do not think it matters. Bloodline / effects of inbreeding, new animals should be introduced at regular intervals, or take a break and enter and fertilize and bloodlines.
